1. Booking Appointments

Appointments are booked online through our official website.

Walk-ins Welcome: We’re happy to accept walk-in appointments based on availability!

A  $25/$50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your final service fee.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows result in a 50% charge of the service total.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if rescheduled 72 hours prior.

3. Late Arrivals

There is a 10-minute grace period.

After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee is applied.

After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled.

4. Children & Extra Guests

Reception Area: We kindly ask all guests to stay at the reception area upon arrival until they are called for their appointment.

5. Hair Preparation

Please arrive with your hair clean, dry, and detangled unless you booked a shampoo service.

Detangling or additional prep will result in extra charges or rescheduling.

Hair Preparation: We provide wash and blow-out services to ensure your hair is perfectly prepped for your braiding session. Please note, additional fees apply for these services

6. Payments

Final payment is due at the end of service.

We accept cash, Zelle.

No refunds on completed services.

7. Client Conduct

We maintain a peaceful, respectful environment.

Disrespect, aggressive behavior, or inappropriate conduct will result in service refusal.

8. Health & Safety

Please do not book if you are sick or have symptoms of illness.
